MY husband & I were at Harvey's Restaurant yesterday, we managed to make quiet a mess & spilt our drinks, French fries at the condiment counter.
Embarressed and apologetic, the staff could not have been more supportive. My husband who is blind was very impressed with the young man who 'gently' put his hand on his back and guided him out of the wet on the floor. We were reassured many times that it wasn't any 'problem' and new food arrived at our table in minutes. Before we left staff brought a bag for our take out and held the door open for us with a friendly "have a wonderful day".
Does this all sound pretty regular ~ well to us it was very special. As we were waiting for our original order at the counter I had just said to my husband "this place has such great staff and you always get the feeling that they care about service and their work environment ".
Kudos to all of them, a rousing 10 & another customer came up to us and commented on how well the staff had handled the situation and were so caring ~trust me they are an exceptional group.
